Planning Applications

As part of its work, the Trust's Planning Committee examines and comments on many applications in the City. Our responses to key planning applications can be seen on this website.

Current Applications summarises the Trust's views on significant applications currently passing through the planning process, setting out key details until a decision is made by Leeds City Council. If a refusal is appealed, the application may re-appear on this page.

Previous Applications will have links to major applications which are still current but have not been implemented and to archives setting out at the Trust's comments on older applications.

Planning Application details and decisions (including plans and supporting documents) are available on line on the Leeds City Council website and links to appropriate pages are included with our comments on specific applications. Applications can also be virewed at the Development Enquiry Centre in the Leonardo Building (adjoining the City Museum in Millenium Square) or at local libraries.
