The first Award will be made for the year to August 2017. Nominations for the award should be made in writing (email or hard copy) to Leeds Civic Trust and should

Provide information on the Affiliated Society

Describe the project, including photographs, drawings or other media where appropriate

Outline the process of achieving the project

Demonstrate how it has resulted in an enhancement, or enhanced understanding of the built or natural environment.

Community groups who are unaffiliated, but have carried out a project which might be worthy of an award can affiliate to make themselves eligible.

To ensure the quality of submissions, the Trust would be under no obligation to make all or any awards in any category if there were insufficient projects put forward that meet the standards expected.

Projects funded by a Landmark Grant are excluded from consideration.

Awards Timetable

Award nominations should be made by mid-September and the Awards will be announced at Leeds Civic Trust's AGM (late November).
