Each September sees the Trust support one of the nation’s most well-known festivals – Heritage Open Days.
This is an opportunity to devise, support and champion an array of free events, all aimed at highlighting the city’s unique heritage to members of the public.
The Trust helps by marketing and supporting activities carried out by others as well as commissioning its own events.
Would you like to help?
You’ll be supported by a friendly group and there are opportunities to meet some fantastic organisations.
Regular Group get-togethers throughout the year– but the summer months and September can involve a little more time.
Expected Time commitment 5-12 hours a month ( June – September)
