BECOME A TRUSTEE AT LEEDS CIVIC TRUST

Could You Help Make a Difference for Leeds?

Leeds Civic Trust is looking for new Trustees, and we’d love to hear from people who care about our city and want to play a part in its future.

For more than 60 years, we’ve been celebrating Leeds, championing great design, protecting our heritage, improving green spaces and speaking up for the places that matter to the people who live, work and visit here.

We’re now looking for up to three new Trustees to join our Board.

You don’t need to have been a trustee before. What matters most is that you bring your experience, your ideas and a interest in helping the Trust continue its work. We’re particularly keen to hear from people with experience in law, fundraising or volunteer management, but if you think you have something valuable to offer, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re also committed to building a Board that better reflects the people and communities of Leeds, so we especially welcome applications from people whose voices and experiences are currently underrepresented.

Being a Trustee is a voluntary role, but it’s a rewarding opportunity to support a charity that has been caring for Leeds for generations, while helping ensure it continues to make a positive difference for years to come.

If this sounds like something you’d like to be part of, we’d love to hear from you.

Applications close on 31 July 2026. To apply, send a short statement (no more than one side of A4) telling us a little about yourself, why you’re interested and what you could bring to the role to office@leedscivictrust.org.uk.
