Our eclectic committee is looking for extra hands to support responding to the vast range of schemes submitted to Leeds City Council each week.
The role involves:
- Joining a meeting on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month between 5.30-7.30pm
- At the meetings, discussing and deciding on the Trust’s response to planning applications submitted to Leeds City Council’s Planning Portal, alongside discussing other planning-related issues in the city
- In between meetings, reviewing and writing comment letters on behalf of the Trust on chosen planning applications
- Suits (but not limited to) those with interests, expertise and skills in urban design, planning, architecture, built environment, sustainability and environmental issues, public health and more
Expected time commitment 6-10 hours a month
