We’re looking for a Volunteer & Engagement Coordinator to join the team at Leeds Civic Trust, a brand-new role with real scope to make your mark.
This is an opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up. You’ll sit at the heart of the organisation, working closely with volunteers, staff, and partners to grow an active, inclusive, and well-supported volunteer community.
It’s a hands-on, people-focused role. One day you might be welcoming new volunteers and leading inductions, the next you’ll be developing new opportunities across heritage, planning, transport, or learning. You’ll help people feel connected, valued, and able to contribute in ways that matter.
We’re a small, committed team with a “muck in” approach, so you’ll need to be organised, adaptable and confident juggling priorities. In return, you’ll be part of a charity working to make a real difference in Leeds and helping others play their part in that work.
