- Leeds Civic Trust HODs launch for organisers: 07 July
- Heritage Open Days leaflet to start appearing in libraries, One Stop Centres and Leeds Museums and Galleries: 13 July
- Registration for the Heritage Open Days National Site closes in 13 August
- The festival!: 11 - 20 September
Leeds Civic Trust is here to support organisers across Leeds, offering local advice and guidance throughout the Heritage Open Days planning process.
Alongside this, the national Heritage Open Days team has a fantastic range of resources available to help you create and promote a successful event.
The Heritage Open Days Content Hub is packed with practical guidance, including How to Get Involved, Planning & Inspiration, Creating Family Friendly Events webinars, Press & PR advice, registration guidance, fundraising tips, marketing resources, downloadable templates and on-the-day materials. Whether you're organising your first event or are an experienced participant, there is plenty of inspiration and expert advice to help you every step of the way.
If you have any questions about your event listing, registration or using the organiser portal, the friendly Heritage Open Days HQ team is always happy to help. They can provide advice on submitting and updating your listings, answer technical queries and offer support to help ensure your event reaches the widest possible audience. As well as supporting organisers, the national team also promotes Heritage Open Days across England, helping to raise the profile of your event and attract visitors from both near and far.
